Actually, Claudette doesn't think much of cooking.  She has big career dreams and considers traveling to exciting places much more enjoyable than kitchen drudgery.

Claudette recommends using the Yellow Pages of your local phone book if you want to find some good food.

Claudette is frequently asked about wine choices!  She says that with lobster, you should always serve a nice cabernet or merlot, because that's what she and her friends like best.

But some prefer white!
